And one common thing about both these kitchen knives manufacturing companies is that they both are from Germany and become an household name not only in kitchen knives but also in cutlery.
Both the companies have high standard when it comes to making the kitchen knives and because of their standards they are now in this position as one of the market leaders in kitchen knives.
Wusthof Dreizack, as said above, is a kitchen knife maker from Germany. They are actually run by one family and currently the seventh generation is running the company right now. They are so particular about quality that each of these knives will undergo around forty process in manufacturing.
Although it has the brand name as J. A. Henckels, it is commonly referred to as just Henckels. They are said to be one of the oldest manufacturer or kitchen knives in the world. And not only knives they manufacture also scissors, flatware and cookware.
Just like Wusthof this is also run by a family and has been so for generations. They both became the top brand when it comes to cutlery and kitchen knives mostly because of their strict quality standards.
